Machining and Assembly
EMÚ has a long tradition in the production and assembly of parts from various
materials (steel, Inox, aluminium, copper, plastic, bronze, …) for various
industrial sectors (automotive, textile, …). We are specialised in precisiom
turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and welding. Additionally, we also
provide all types of surface finishing.

Conventional lathes: Lathe works up to a maximum diameter of
600 mm and maximum turning length of 1900 mm, possibility to
use a cone bar up to 350 mm.

Conventional milling machines: table with a max clamping area
of 1800 × 500 mm, including the use of dividing device.

Drills: Drilling of precision holes with a diameter up to 60 mm,
grinding of holes, including conocal with diameter 20 – 100 mm.

Grinding machines: Round grinding up to a diameter of 280 mm and length of 350 mm.

Semi-automatic circular saw: Division of bar stock into a diameter of 130 mm.

BALTEC - PWS 610 CNC: Integrated metal working centre for pressing, shearing,
punching, and bending in the single-piece and series production.
It processes sheets with dimensions up to 250x600 mm, with a thickness
up to 4 mm, bending length of 200 mm, precision of 0.02 mm, and
maximum forming force of 250 kN.

40 t and 100 t presses: Punching out shapes from sheets up to a thickness of 4 mm.
Quality of our production is controlled also by 3D measurement system.
